What you'll do: - Work on large-scale masterplans for regeneration (including high density town and city centre living), mixed-use and residential developments. - Conduct in-depth site analyses and develop inspiring design visions. - Create detailed design drawings, illustrations, and design strategies. - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams. - Lead the production of comprehensive Design Codes. - Mentor and guide junior team members.
