Preschool Senior Childcare Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Childcare Worker to join our friendly, hardworking, and amazing preschool. This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible and offers you the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our youngest learners.
Your Role:
* 30 hours per week - Term time only (including Teacher Training Days)
* Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
* Dorset Grade 5

What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in childcare
* A good working knowledge of Early Years policies and procedures
* A positive, can-do attitude and a love for working with young children

Main Responsibilities and Duties
As Senior Childcare Worker, you will assist the Foundation Base Lead in providing a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment for our children. You will carry out planned activities under the general guidance and supervision of the Foundation Base Leader and contribute to the provision of high-quality day care provision. In addition, you will be actively involved in the planning and delivery of a curriculum aimed at meeting agreed objectives and targets. Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidentiality are also important aspects of the role. You will promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with the school's safeguarding and child protection policy. Moreover, you will play an integral role in engaging with new families and promoting our Pre-School to prospective parents.
