They are now seeking to add to their team by recruiting a HSEQ Coordinator a Permanent role to be based in Magherafelt. About the Role: The successful candidate will ensure that the company is compliant with all current Health & Safety legislation and actively promote Health and Safety in the workplace. Also will be involved in the management of the ISO quality systems. You will be responsible for the day organisation, implementation, monitoring, management, co-ordination and administration of all relevant Health and Safety requirements and will work closely with all departments. The role requires a hands-on approach, and the right individual must be able to influence personnel at all levels and improve the safety culture in a positive, collaborative and pragmatic manner. Essential personal attributes include excellent organisational & communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, the ability to engage, motivate & manage people. A recognised third level Health & Safety qualification is required (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent). The position requires a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a Health & Safety role.
