Breakfast Chef Position Summary:
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for leading a section of the kitchen during breakfast service, exceeding guest satisfaction, and training and developing Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
* FOLLOW HACCP PROTOCOLS AND DAY-TO-DAY PROCEDURES IN THE KITCHEN, INCLUDING FOOD LABELLING AND WEEKLY DEEP CLEANING OF YOUR SECTION.
* RUN A SMOOTH BREAKFAST SERVICE, EXCEEDING GUEST SATISFACTION.
* TRAIN AND DEVELOP DEMI CHEFS AND COMMIS CHEFS TO ENSURE THEY MEET HIGH STANDARDS.
Physical Requirements:
The Breakfast Chef must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
