GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR A pivotal role for a seasoned sales leader with a track record of success and deep expertise in driving growth and new client partnerships in RPO, MSP, SOW businesses.
Reporting into the Executive Director of G-NIUS, you will own and execute the sales strategy, leveraging the success of G-NIUS (previously known as Goodman Masson RPO) and identifying new opportunities for future growth.
Targeting the UK market predominantly, the position can be fulfilled on a hybrid or remote basis.

Create a business plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
Work in partnership with the operations team, marketing, client services, data insights team to optimise all avenues for success
Proven track record in winning new business within RPO, MSP, SOW or Recruitment agencies
Deep understanding of the UK business landscape and talent market
Ability to interpret data and market insights to inform sales strategies
