Profile
* A degree or CIPD in Human Resources or related field
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Familiarity with labour laws and best practices
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Flexibility to adapt to changes and work under pressure
