IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults for clients through remote networking and site visits.
Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring efficient problem resolution and maintaining regular contact to keep clients informed.
Provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support for hardware, software, audio-visual, and telephone equipment.
Conduct IT audits for new clients, producing reports and recommendations.
Maintain a high standard of safety and security in relation to our clients.Perks of the role:
