Key Responsibilities
The Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s IT Infrastructure projects by:
* Managing the scope, requirements analysis, and business solution design for Infrastructure
* Planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, and communicating system requirements aligned with business strategy, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
* Producing detailed Agile Business Analyst deliverables, including User Stories, Data Dictionaries, Process Flows, and Journey Designs.
* Engaging with stakeholders to identify issues, influence solution designs, and define project scope and strategy.
* Providing input into benefit identification, requirements traceability, and impact analysis.
* Translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights and strategic guidance.
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will bring:
* Experience as an IT Business Analyst ideal Infrastructure or Cyber Security experience
* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective dialogue across all organizational levels.
