Job Title Electrical Supervisor Salary £45-£50K Benefits- Company Van, Pension, 28 days annual leave. Contract Full time/ Permanent LSR Support are looking for a full time experienced M&E Supervisor to look after various maintenance and installation contracts. LSR Support have significant long-term maintenance contracts and projects throughout the UK and ROI and due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an M&E Supervisor with the relevant experience to look after onsite installation teams. Main Duties & Responsibilities Look after the day to day running of Maintenance Contracts & New Projects as they arise. Supervise onsite installation teams and report to Project Manager or Management any issues that may arise Plan out installation works and compile materials lists and communicate/liaise with Procurement Manager to ensure materials are ordered and ready onsite for installation teams to begin works Complete Job sheets on works completion and then engage in clear communication with office staff when completing jobs or having to re-visit jobs Ensure installation works are completed to company standards and in an effective and timely manner Adhere to work programmes and deadlines for installation works Ensure all faults are reported and fixed in accordance with Company guidelines Liaise with commissioning teams when installation works are complete and help move to client sign off. Alerting the office or the appropriate compliance engineer of any issues. Communicate in a professional manner to all customers Always adhering to health and safety practices. Be able to work autonomously and take responsibility Adhere to the Data Protection Act. Undertake any other reasonable duties as and when requested by management. Essential Criteria Time Severed Industrial Electrician or Industrial Fitter Minimum of 5 years experience in an industrial setting. Experience in Motors and Industrial Panels. Full UK Driving Licence. Who we are looking for Sound knowledge of health & safety standards Full UK Driving Licence You will be time served, qualified to 17th or 18th Edition You will have experience of building/maintaining control panels, motors, instrumentation or similar equipment You should be able to read and understand Electrical Schematics Valid CSR card Previous experience on Installing, fault finding and maintaining electrical systems Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping JIB or Sparksafe registered (Desirable) Basic IT skills and good maths skills for making calculations Attributes/Skills: Be capable of working on own initiative Good communication and organisational skills Be a good team player Demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal directions Be reliable & committed Have ability to work to deadlines Participate in overtime when required (including weekends) Have ability to take on new skills
