About the role
To provide cleaning duties in the blocks,sweeping and mopping of floors,removing excess ,raising repairs and ensurting health and safety on sites are free from incidents working as part of a team to deliver cleaning service to all residents ,using a van to move from site to site if required,ensuring litter picking is done so the outlook of the estate is clean for residents who live there
About you
Candidate must have cleaning experience,knowledge in cleaning estate or communal areas,have the ability to work without supervision as lone work procedures can part of the role working alone on static sites,me punctual to work and consistent in level of cleaning service delivery
About Us
To provide a cleaning service as a service provider,ensure health and safety inspections are me,all repairs are raised and reported to meet all set goals and tasks to meet resident expectation and work within a vibrant frontline cleaning team across the borough
