* My client are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Inside Sales / Customer Service Person to work with a small very solid team of people in Birmingham managing the orders as they come into the business largely by email and occasionally by phone.
* The client sell Print related products all over the UK and have loyal customers who they have worked with for years due to the focus on customer service which you will be in charge of maintaining.
* Using Sage to manage the clients and the invoicing so experience of this would be useful but not essential as they can provide training
Requirements:
* Ability to juggle several tasks at once (orders, deliveries, stock chasing etc.)
