This is a fabulous company based in Welwyn Garden City. They are looking for a highly organised administrator to join their team. This role will suit someone with great organisational skills and the ability to multitask, as well as someone who is comfortable in dealing with people at all levels and who can create excellent relationships with suppliers.
Strong organisational skills are essential, as you will be managing a large database of existing and new customer contracts, so you need to have the ability to plan and organise.
Experience
Experience within an administrative role is ideal, but not essential. Good IT skills are a must, especially Microsoft Excel.
The Role
The role includes, but is not restricted to:
* Creating new and renewal contracts,
* Setting up new customers on the system (contracts, invoicing and ordering),
* Keeping company databases organised and up to date, and resolving any queries/issues with meters through suppliers.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
1. Managing new customer contracts - from paperwork, placing new orders, invoicing and customer set up.
2. Obtaining metering contract information from the current provider and sending out paperwork and analysis as required.
