The scope of the job is contained within the management function. The post-holder will work closely with the Management Team carrying out the day-to-day administrative activities and office systems as directed. Being able to accept and deal with ownership of activities. Using ones own initiative to suggest solutions to organisational problems. Working in a rapidly changing environment. Adhering to the values of the Practice. Organisational Aspects: Providing an efficient administrative and office service to the Management team. Preparing, updating and distributing documentation and information resources for internal and external use as directed, using an appropriately presented style. Providing support to the Management Team for external engagements, internal events and meetings and staff well-being. Providing support to the Management Team for premises and housekeeping.
