We have an exciting opportunity to join our Visitor Experience team at Curve. With a friendly and professional approach, you will meet the needs of a wide range of visitors to the building by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, welcoming, clean and tidy environment. Exemplifying all of Curve’s core values, our ushers will be a positive, pro-active, helpful, and a friendly point of contact, responsible for providing knowledgeable and efficient information, and a sales service to all visitors. The ushers also play a vital role in the venue’s health and safety and emergency fire and terror threat procedures.
Proven experience of working in a customer focused role or an arts environment would be advantageous. With a passion for customer service, you will have the ability to deal with customers in a confident and effective way, whilst remaining calm under pressure. You will be enthusiastic, pro-active and committed with a flexible attitude to changing needs and a high level of self-presentation.
Successful candidates must be over 18 and have good availability, especially around our business needs which is predominantly evenings and weekends, and should be available over Christmas, Easter and half terms.
