Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm
Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £13 per hour
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract, extension available
This role is hybrid minimum 2 days in Gillingham or Poole office. For the first 6 weeks of training, you will have to attend office 5 days a week
What you’ll be doing:
* Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g., fax, web, email)
* Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Proposes ideas for processes & organisational improvements
Who we are looking for:
* Excellent verbal, written communication and active listening skills
* A positive and flexible approach on dealing with customers
* Accurate and attention for detail
* Ability to work in a fast paced & complex environment
* Proactive attitude
* IT Literate
* Previous customer service experience, ideally within a business-to-business environment
* Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable
