Role overview: We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management. The Unregistered Manager will report to the Registered Manager/Head of Care for the provision. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience as a Senior Residential Care Worker for children as a minimum. Under the direction of the Head of Care you will efficiently provide leadership and management of the home and actively work with the Head of Care to ensure appropriate placements are made and maintained. You should be able to demonstrate or possess: Applicants must have at least 1 year Senior RCW experience and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towards this qualification Full UK manual driving Licence with access to your own transport You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes.
