Job Summary The Education Officer plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing educational programmes that enhance learning and promote knowledge within the community. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programmes through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments for improvement. Maintain accurate records of programme participation and outcomes for reporting purposes. Stay updated on current trends in education and incorporate best practices into programme development. Requirements A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in an educational role or similar capacity is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development in the field of education.
