1st Line Support - £25-£30K
I am seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient candidate for an exciting opportunity with my client, a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that is fully committed to delivering exceptional experiences to both their employees and clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while working closely with clients to maintain smooth operations.
We are particularly interested in candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
1. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Active Directory
2. Basic understanding and completion of tasks related to routing, switching, and implementing firewall rules
3. Proficiency in printer troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and software issues
4. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, prioritizing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
In addition to technical expertise, candidates who excel in both written and verbal communication, particularly over the phone, will be highly desirable. Strong communication skills are critical for this position, as you'll need to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
