Role Overview As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with clients and other stakeholders, helping to grow the firm’s reputation and reach within this specialist area. Key Responsibilities : Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Develop lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised and expert legal guidance. Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence by providing high-quality, empathetic client care. Work independently as well as collaboratively to meet clients’ needs effectively. Engage in business development activities to bring in new clients and enhance the firm's private client offering. Key Requirements : Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law. Strong technical proficiency in dealing with a wide range of private client issues. Excellent communication and client care skills. Ambitious and motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the firm's development. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
