Purpose of the Job The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving Elite's growth strategy.
This individual will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and contributing to Elite's mission of delivering exceptional training solutions.
At the same time, develop your expertise in the world of Sales and uncapped commission to succeed professionally and economically.
Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities across target sectors.
Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account retention and growth.
Act as a trusted adviser to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored training solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth areas.
Develop proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations aligned with client requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, including course designers and operational staff, to ensure the successful service delivery.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on sales progress, pipeline management, and market insights.
Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: Affinity for Sales Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across various mediums (phone, email, and in-person).
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable but not Essential Qualifications: Experience in the training, education, or consultancy sector.
