A background in either purchasing /planning would be a great advantage, however full training would be given. This is a busy role where no 2 days are the same. Key duties Scheduling and planning appointments for the workshop Order parts for specific jobs as required Dealing with client enquires and general customer services Preparation of invoices Any other administration-based duties Key skills and experience Previous office experience is essential for this role A background in purchasing or planning is an advantage, but not essential and full training will be given.
