About the Role:
This rewarding role will be supporting our Maintenance team within Sandwell & Dudley Delivery Unit alongside the HR Business Partner. In this role you'll deliver proactive and professional HR support to empower the HR Business Partner team in driving impactful HR solutions. We require someone with strong communication skills, particularly with experience of detailed reporting analysis.
What will you be doing day to day?
1. Providing proactive, professional HR Support to the HR Business Partner team/s and the business.
2. Supporting HR Business Partner teams in Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning.
3. Providing support for Organisation Change programmes.
4. Providing project management support to the HR Business Partner team.
5. Supporting the associated HR Business Partner team/s with research, reporting requirements, analysis and production of reports.
6. Seeking, identifying and developing solutions to continuously improve the HR support to the business.
7. Maintaining up to date professional HR knowledge.
8. Taking ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes/initiatives.
9. Supporting the associated HR Business Partner team/s with ad hoc administrative and operational HR activity.

It's not mandatory to have the below, but it would be desirable to have:
* CIPD Qualified or relevant HR Support experience.
* Graduate Calibre
Salary: £27,000- £30,000 dependant on experience
Closing date: 02/12/2024
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.
