If so, we want to hear from you The Role: As a First Line IT Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving customer issues remotely via phone and email. Your experience in MSPs and customer-focused environments will help you manage ticketing systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Occasionally, you’ll attend onsite visits (company vehicle provided). What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of MSP experience is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience working in a Helpdesk environment, diagnosing and resolving IT issues. A keen interest in IT and developing technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking). Desirable: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ticketing systems, and networking (training provided). Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Manage and maintain ticketing systems with accurate records. Provide exceptional communication with customers at technical and non-technical levels. Why Join Us?
