No chance for progression in your current role? Become the 2iC to the director in this growing company and you'll be construction manager in no time
Why is this role for you?
You are a project manager that wants to have more of a say in how things are done. Having the ear of your director to offer suggestions and advice is good for them and for you.
It’s showing him why you’d be a great construction manager in the future, which is where you’d like to be.
As a PM with a track record in the landscaping and civil sector, you want to join a company that’s ambitious and thriving. A place you can grow your career and where you enjoy going to work.
It's a place where the boss treats them so well, the staff stick around for a long time. Sharing bonuses for each project that is successfully delivered and giving them flexibility to WFH and do hours that suit them are just some of the reasons for their stickability.
You’d start on a salary of $150-$160k + super + car + bonus and you’d oversee 5 site managers and 3-5 projects at a time in the $50k-$4million range.
You won’t get overburdened as the office team are exceptional and the SM’s are all very experienced. It’s why they get a tonne of repeat business and why their tender win rate is almost at 50%!
If you want to share your knowledge and go on a journey with a growing business that needs a few more wrinkles and grey hairs in the team then this is the role for you.
Sounds good – what skills do you expect from me?
Just 3 boxes to tick to be in with a shout of getting this great role.
* You’ve delivered civil or landscaping projects in Australia for at least 4 years as a PM
* One of your strengths is being personable and working well with clients
* You can spin plates and manage 3-5 projects at any one time
I’m intrigued, what’s the next step?
