Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Industry Training + Company Vehicle + Pension + Holiday + Renewables Training.

With new contracts secured, new grants in place, and an ambitious plan to establish a state-of-the-art training centre, this is your chance to get in at the ground floor and play a central role in building something amazing. Not only will you help manage the delivery of renewable energy solutions across domestic and commercial projects, but you'll also be an integral part of a company that's expanding rapidly and positioning itself as a leader in the renewable energy space.
As a Contracts Manager, you'll oversee up to 40 renewable energy projects at once, managing everything from scheduling and site visits to commissioning and client communication. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while leading a small team of engineers. With the company expanding rapidly, you'll also have the chance to shape processes and grow your team as the business scales.
The Role:
1. Manage up to 40 renewable energy projects simultaneously.
2. Oversee project scheduling, site visits, and commissioning.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
4. Lead and mentor a small team of engineers.
5. Shape processes and support team growth as the business expands.
The Person:
1. Background in building services with at least 18 months of project management experience.
2. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
4. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
5. Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about contributing to company growth.
