A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Bexley is looking to recruit a Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor.
As a Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor, you will be working across KS3, KS4 & KS5, providing support to students, ensuring a high-quality holistic wellbeing service within the school environment. You will be a pivotal part of the pastoral provision and overall wellbeing of the students and community.
The successful candidate will work with the behaviour and leadership team to ensure that high expectations of behaviour are met and that students consistently modelling high expectations are rewarded for their ongoing excellence.

Job Description:
* Pastoral and Wellbeing Mentor
* Working across KS3, KS4 & KS5
* Supporting pupils with their wellbeing & mental health
* 1:1 & group support sessions
* Providing a listening ear for students
* Full-time and permanent contract – employed by the school
* £30,073 - £32,081 per annum
