* Sound Engineer – Skilled professionals to ensure top-quality audio for our worship services and events.
* Church Administrators – Organized and detail-oriented people to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging is consistent and aligns with our overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for driving engagement through innovative social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with our target audience.
* Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
* Drive brand awareness through creative campaigns that encourage user interaction and community engagement.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within social media or digital marketing is preferred.
* Strong command of the English language with exceptional written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in customer service is advantageous, as it enhances your ability to engage positively with our audience.
* Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
