HR/Recruitment Admnistrator - £14.74 PAYE £19.70 Umbrella – Birmingham – 6 months. Hybrd role. Working within a large blue chip organisation this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department. Hybrid role working Wed/Thurs in the office. Duties are scheduling interviews, offer letters, onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starters, data entry, provide compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork, manage the filing and storage of documentation and follow up on activities are required by third party vendors. Successful candidates will have excellent operational customs service focus, shared services, analysis and data skills, accurate, experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment, process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges, attention to detail with strong prioritization skills, Educated to A level or equivalent.
