Job summary Join Manx Care as aBand 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist and help make a real difference to the community of the Isle of Man. These are rotational roles which means you can put all your learning, training and skills to use in a variety of clinics including orthopaedic in/outpatients, medical and self-referral. Main duties of the job This is offered as a development Band 5 role (Annex T) and is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge. You will gain an excellent grounding in some of the core areas of Occupational Therapy, all the while taking advantage of the excellent development opportunities with the support of a senior clinician. Youll be providing evidence-based assessment, treatment, follow up, evaluation and consultancy services for service users with the support initially from senior clinician, progressing to be an autonomous practitioner. For the more experienced Therapists, the Band 6 positions are diverse roles where you will manage a specialised caseload of patients providing fantastic opportunities to gain a wide range of experience and expand your skillset.
