KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide guidance on product selection and skin care advice.
2. Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, and slideshows.
3. Perform mini facials and hand demos, disseminate product samples, brochures, and flyers, and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for.
4. Engage with customers to discover their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships.
5. Achieve the monthly targets and 'Go the extra mile' to drive sales.
6. Maintain in-stock availability and presentable condition in assigned areas.
7. Ensure that the visual merchandising of the FOREO Brand in-store complies with the planogram.
8. Continuously seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
9. Conduct brand/product training for peers when required.
10. Submit weekly reports with customer feedback and identify missing opportunities.
11. Attend and support FOREO brand events.
12. Provide a customer-centric culture to customers and colleagues.
13. Perform all other activities as requested by the Supervisor in line with job position requirements.
