Full Time/ Part Time Flexible Sales Assistant:
We are looking for a dynamic team player!
This is a multifaceted role and would be best suited to someone with retail and customer relationship experience who’s organised and enjoys making new connections to drive store and company sales meeting brand desired goals.
You’ll be part of a young, talented, and creative team that is passionate about slow fashion and taking steps to grow a business sustainably.
Mission: To effectively own the running of one of our London Stores from start to finish and drive sales with efficient communication within SIRPLUS’ growing family.
Retail Responsibilities:
1. Manage visual display of store
2. Review sales and feedback to line manager, buying, merchandising, and marketing teams
3. Ensure shop conforms to health and safety policy
4. Ensure shop is opened and securely locked as required
5. Order supplies as necessary
6. Ensure to be well presented and represent the brand
7. Communicate effectively with the head office and other stores
8. Maintain a sky-high level of customer service
9. Frequently review our procedures and see if there are ways to improve
10. Liaise with our fulfilment company
Skills and Experience Required
Requirements:
1. Buckets of charm
2. Self-starter and can work individually
3. Strong drive to push a small business forward
4. Retail sales and customer relationship experience
5. Highly organised
6. High attention to detail
7. Ability to identify issues in working practices and suggest improvements
8. Confident communication and teamwork skills
9. A keen eye for fashion and detail with great industry understanding.
