An opportunity has arisen for full-time Business Support Officers to support Middlesbrough Multi Agency Children’s Hub within Children’s Care.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, who can work as part of a team but who is not afraid to take the lead and use their own initiative.
You will attend and participate in regular complex meetings, taking, preparing, and circulating notes and minutes. You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including implementing and updating procedures, data entry, and taking telephone calls. You will ensure that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
We are a fast-paced and driven team! In May 2021 Ofsted stated, “The multi-agency children’s hub (MACH) has continued to strengthen and build on the improvements that had been identified at the monitoring visit in August 2020. Children’s risks and needs are identified through a thorough screening process that is timely and proportionate.”
Middlesbrough is the place to live, work, and visit! A diverse and lively town, proud of its heritage and ambitious to shape its future. Our ambition for our children and young people is equally high, with a workplace culture that has high expectations, high challenge, and high support. Middlesbrough places a high level of importance on the development of our staff, and the Centre for Practice Development ensures that all staff have access to high-quality training, support, and resources.
