This role will help us to do this by providing all aspects of admin support in the delivery and effective repairs and empty homes service. You will provide day to day support via the in-house repairs resource and support any customer related enquires. In this role, you will be responsible for Supporting managers in the undertaking of any administrative requirements Undertaking ordering and invoice processing for the repairs and empty homes service including sub-contractors and suppliers Liaising with colleagues and external agencies to support any complex repairs issues Oversight of and ensure all sub-contractor information, including completion data, is regularly updated on relevant systems Supporting the resolution of customer queries and dissatisfaction and deal with point of contact customer enquiries We need people who are/ have IT literate including Microsoft Office 365 General understanding of day-to-day support requirements for a busy office environment Experienced in providing administrative support to a team or individual High levels of confidentiality Appropriate Maths and English qualifications Everyones welcome here.
