Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Executive Search Consultant to join our Executive Search Division at Lutine Bell. This role will focus on delivering retained and exclusive search mandates across the Financial Services industry, working with senior leadership and C-suite clients.
You will join a well-established and influential team responsible for the most senior-level mandates in the business, offering you a platform to grow your personal brand, network, and earnings within a high-margin, high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver retained and exclusive executive search assignments within the Financial Services sector.
* Engage with and advise C-suite and executive-level clients, understanding business needs and providing bespoke hiring strategies.
* Manage the full executive search lifecycle, from briefing and market mapping to headhunting, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
* Build long-term relationships with senior candidates and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Leverage Lutine Bell’s strong PSL portfolio (150+), brand reputation, and event-led network (1900+ attendees per annum) to enhance business development.
* Work closely with the wider leadership team to help shape the future of Lutine Bell's Executive Search function.
* Represent Lutine Bell at key events, roundtables, and networking forums.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment within Financial Services.
* Experience winning and delivering retained search assignments.
* Strong client network and presence at the senior level, with a consultative, value-driven approach.
* Highly professional, articulate, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
