The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Head of Brand and Social to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. You will lead the charge across our growing portfolio of brands — The GelBottle Inc, Peacci, TGB Academy, DKollection, and TGB Spa. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute global brand and social strategies that drive commercial performance, fuel ambitious growth, and elevate our presence worldwide.
Collaborating closely with teams across NPD, Creative, E-commerce, PR, Commercial, and Marketing, you’ll deliver standout campaigns that captivate our audiences and grow our market share. In this role, responsibilities can include:
* Lead and execute global brand and social strategy across B2B and B2C channels, driving growth and commercial success
* Own brand development from positioning to execution, ensuring consistency across global markets
* Oversee and evolve social media strategy to boost engagement, community growth, and impact
* Drive NPD campaigns and go-to-market strategies that support successful launches and sustained growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, PR, E-commerce, and Marketing to deliver impactful, 360° brand campaigns
* Optimise content and storytelling for key markets including the UK, US, and wider international audiences
* Develop brand partnerships, influencer strategies, and collaborations to increase visibility and brand equity
* Use consumer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data to inform and evolve strategy
* Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week with the team at our Brighton HQ.
About you:
You'll be a strategic and creative brand leader with a passion for beauty, digital marketing, and social-first storytelling.
* Experienced in both B2B and B2C marketing, with deep knowledge of the professional and consumer beauty space
* Commercially driven, with a proven track record of delivering revenue and growth through impactful brand strategies
* Confident navigating global markets, especially the US, and tailoring strategies for regional success
* A collaborative leader with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
* Skilled in content, social media, and digital-first brand building, with strong product marketing and NPD experience
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and confident managing change
* Data-savvy, with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns for impact
