They have many repeat, high net worth customers due to being experts in their field and are always at hand with their expert advice as well as providing an experiential buying experience for their discerning clientele. Due to amazing growth in 2024, they are now seeking a full-time, permanent salesperson, reporting to the Managing Director and Founder of the Company!
Position Overview:
The Junior Salesperson will support the sales department by helping to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the team in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients
* Actively responding to enquiries via email, telephone and social media
* Schedule and attend meetings with clients to present product offerings and address their needs
* Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and sales activity
* Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
* Collaborate with the sales team to create purchasing quotes, and sales proposals
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales invoices, valuations and keeping the stock database up to date
* Assist with processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
* Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
* A positive attitude to work well within a team and a passion for sales
