As Guest Service Assistant, you will have a varied and interesting role in the hotel, working on the front desk, in the bar, and in breakfast service.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
3. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
5. Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions.
6. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
8. Set up and serve breakfast.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
5. Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles.
