Part-Time Sales Coordinator (Membership Engagement and Development) Location: Remote Hours: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm (flexible, manage your own break) Contract: Temporary (3 months, potential to extend to 6 months) Salary: £13.19ph About the Role: Our client, based in Wigston, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join their Membership Engagement and Development Team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, perfect for someone looking for a role they can fit around their lifestyle. Youll be responsible for conducting outbound cold calling, focusing on both new customer acquisition and encouraging existing clients to extend their memberships. Initially, you will pass warm leads over to colleagues for conversion, but as you gain experience, you will be responsible for converting leads yourself. Key responsibilities include: Cold calling new and existing clients to discuss membership options. Building a pipeline of prospects and diligently recording progress. Passing warm leads to colleagues for conversion and, once trained, managing your own conversions. Proactively engaging with potential members to drive revenue. Requirements: Previous experience in sales involving cold calling. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
