This role will initially focus on, compliance and business changes such as the transition to new Market Performance Framework metrics, analysing Long Unread Meters (LUMs) to identify activities for improvement alongside other metering related initiatives. The department is looking for someone to support these initiatives and help us to continue to develop our great and wonderful culture. The role will suit you if you are passionate about metering technology, have strong analytical skills, and are committed to driving improvements. WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE? Leading metering enhancement projects across the business Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements Ensure full compliance with core business and industry requirements Identify, size, evaluate and obtain approval for any relevant opportunities for process optimization and implement changes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation Analysing metering data to identify trends and opportunities Ensuring Metering compliance with industry standards and regulations WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Demonstratable operational management experience within the utilities sector · Proven experience in process optimization and performance improvement. · Detailed knowledge of market codes, changes and performance across the sector. · Ability to understand technical systems interfaces Please refer to the essential criteria in the job description as this is what you will be shortlisted against.
