Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Tamworth
Salary: Starting at £27,000 OTE: £35,000+
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm + Every other weekend 9:00-3pm, with a day off in lieu
An extremely successfull, repuatable and leading estate agent is looking for a Superstar. Not someone who simply has experience doing this role, but a hungry, driven personality with the desire for greatness and to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example
* Register and build rapport with potential home buyers.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor.
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
* Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors.
* Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.
* Generate and book in Property Valuations for the Valuer.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
