Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer relationships.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication on-site.
3. Accurately report work in real-time to ensure notification accuracy for e-Optimum and the customer.
4. Maintain excellent relationships with clients and end-users at the location.
5. Responsible for the safety and functioning of equipment.
6. Manage the location environment during service actions.
7. Identify location risks and report them to a supervisor.
8. Take immediate action in case of high-risk detection and follow escalation procedures.
9. Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain approval for repairs outside the contract.
Service Actions:
1. Ensure the safety of end-users and the location.
2. Maintain a safe working environment and follow safe working practices.
3. Conduct service visits adhering to schedules and quality standards.
4. Effectively plan workload in agreement with the service supervisor.
5. Report potential clients to the supervisor.
6. Accurately report work according to processes.
7. Manage spare parts inventory and request parts from the supervisor.
8. Maintain service tools and vehicles in good condition.
9. Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback to the PCM organization and supervisor.
Leadership/Human Resource Management:
1. Regularly update the supervisor on all relevant matters.
2. Familiarity with all aspects of lift technology and participation in proposed training.
3. Possible requirement to conduct training for designated personnel.
