Role: Account Manager
Location: West Midlands (hybrid)
Salary: up to £45,000 plus bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier retailers, grocers, and savers, managing key accounts and driving growth within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will:
* Develop and manage relationships with retailers, grocers, and savers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Support the creation and execution of account plans, promotions, and campaigns tailored to each client’s needs.
* Handle day-to-day account management tasks, including resolving queries and ensuring on-time delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for building relationships.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* A passion for the beauty industry and staying on top of trends.
* Proactive and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
