Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at NepBridge Services. This is a crucial role within our company, responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, communication abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
Client Acquisition: Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team.
Relationship Management: Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Market Research: Conduct high-level industry research to stay informed about market trends and client needs.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for NepBridge Services.
Reporting: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-12 months of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments. Experience in care home agency recruitment is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate revenue by identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to work with a small company and an open-minded attitude.
Networking: Excellent networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
