We are looking for a Care Team Leader who’s ready to lead by example and create a positive impact on both the lives of the people we support and the team you’ll be guiding.
What you will do as a Care Team Leader:
· Lead, Coach & Inspire: Mentor your team to deliver outstanding care
· Supportive Supervision: Carry out regular supervisions for the Support Worker team.
· Team Coverage: Step in to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations when team members are absent.
· Medication Management: Conduct medication audits and supervise staff with safe dispensing practices.
· Onboarding & Inductions: Help welcome and train new team members
· On-call Leadership: Take part in the on-call rota, including weekends, to ensure continuous support.

Team Leader Shifts:

Key Skills Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills,
Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
Participating in on call essential
