Product Communications Executive – Salary circa £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to provide expertise in a role that is critical to our customer engagement and product communication strategies.
This is a great role for someone who would like to drive the delivery of the Insurance, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) literature suite review process to meet regulatory and business needs.
The Product Communications Executive will ensure the delivery of mandatory and propositional projects impacting literature on time, to brief within agreed budgets.
A bit about the job:
As a Product Communications Executive, you will play a vital role within the Product Communications team, responsible for both the production of new customer literature and the maintenance of existing materials. Your key focus will be to ensure that all literature is compliant with industry regulations and meets the needs of our customers in a clear and cost-effective manner.
You will ensure existing material is reviewed correctly in the appropriate timescales, ensuring they are written for the customer and stay compliant.
The Product Communications Executive will build a wide understanding of their customers’ information needs and prioritise efforts to ensure that information is effective for the intended audience.
They will also build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, manage the approval process and work with third parties including external agencies and suppliers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong problem solving capability and analysis skills using MS Excel desirable
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or UK financial services market is desirable
* Dedicated team player and self-motivated individual, with great relationship building ability
* Experience in a Marketing or Communications role would be advantageous, and/or Degree educated (ideally in a Marketing-related degree)
* Experience with Documentum management system and accreditation preferred, to effectively manage literature production and maintenance processes

* Starting salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
