We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapists to join well-established therapy teams in Hull and East Riding. This is a great opportunity for those newly qualified or wanting to gain Physiotherapy skills in a community environment.
We offer a fantastic range of rotations and locations including Intermediate Care rehabilitation units, East Riding community hospital Intermediate Care and Stroke bedded unit rehabilitation, Hull and East Riding Community Intermediate Care, Community Stroke rehabilitation, MSK, Hull and East Riding Falls team and Hull and East Riding Community Rehabilitation.
Main duties of the job
Throughout your role, you will work with well-established supportive multidisciplinary teams and receive regular support and supervision. The therapies and rehabilitation team is proactive in supporting professional development and successful candidates will have access to a range of learning and training opportunities as well as attending a well-established Physiotherapy Development group. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff from all disciplines, whilst maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications
* Current HPC professional registration
* Professional qualification to Degree level
* To undertake post graduate training
* Develop leadership, training experience/qualification
* CPD supported by short courses
Knowledge
* A broad understanding of relevant policy, drivers and their application to clinical and service area
* An understanding of relevant clinical practice/standards within identified clinical area
* Basic IT skills
* Full understanding of relevant policy, drivers and their application to clinical and service area
* Full understanding/application of relevant clinical practice/standards/audit within identified clinical area
* Work towards developing specialist skills and knowledge
Experience
* Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) portfolio
* Evidence of promoting/supporting active user/carer involvement/participation
* Evidence of pre-graduate clinical placements and training
* Provides advice and guidance to less experienced staff, support workers, students
* Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to the clinical area
* Evidence of specialist practice skills and able to demonstrate the impact of this on practice change/development
* Evidence of post-registration professional practice
* Ability to supervise junior staff and students
