Overview:
A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join an independent Access equipment hire company providing a range of diesel, battery, hybrid, and LPG Power options to construction and domestic users.
As a Hire Controller, you will be providing excellent customer service as well as advice and guidance to customers to help ensure the correct equipment is hired.
What do I need?
1. Strong planning and organizational skills.
2. Experience working within Plant / Small tools environment.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
4. The ability to work well as part of a team.
5. Ability to always work with processes and procedures in mind.
6. Self-motivated and reliable.
7. Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with rehire companies to provide rehire for own customers.
2. Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires.
3. Promote a range of ancillary services.
4. Communicating with internal and external customers via e-mail or telephone.
5. Processing admin enquiries.
6. Providing excellent advice and guidance to ensure correct equipment is hired.
