About this opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity within our friendly Capital Programme team for a Programme Assistant. This role represents an opportunity to make a real difference to our economy and communities by supporting the delivery of large scale externally funded projects. The Capital Programme Team is responsible for the delivery of £100m+ of work annually and the Programme Assistant will play a key role in the governance of projects and programmes.
Working with different council’s directorates, other organisations and partners, you will be involved in establishment, coordination, management, monitoring and reporting processes.
