As the Registered Home Manager, you will:
1. Be registered to the Home through CQC.
2. Oversee the Safe Medication Management programme.
3. Oversee the overall care and facilities for residents in the home.
4. Involve residents in identifying their needs and preferences.
5. Integrate all relevant information into the initial care plan.
6. Ensure robust auditing procedures, including pharmacy-related processes.

The ideal Registered Home Manager candidate will have:
1. NVQ 4 in Care, preferably clinically qualified RGN/RMN.
2. Two years' experience in long-term care or a similar industry.
3. Experience with CQC regulations.
4. Registered Management is preferable but not essential.
5. A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach.
