New Homes Sales Manager – Package A basic up to £30,000 DEO and a demonstratable OTE of £100,000 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Parking on site Company pension scheme Business mileage Working in an established New Homes division Focusing on New Homes Sales the chosen individual will be responsible for the following: Maintaining and nurturing existing developer relationships whilst building new opportunities with new developers Sourcing properties Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable with on going developments within the city centre and the surrounding infrastructure. Having the knowledge and vision to sell and complete on off plan developments Ensure all opportunities to upsell third party services are grasped Managing your sales through to completion Becoming the “go to” person in the city centre for investors, developers and new build home The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the new homes sector at the moment, you will have at least 2 years property sales experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the brand.
